I'm making a waving emote, but whenever I replace the layers, the body disappears, and only the hand stays. Sorry, that's confusing, but if I explain it better, could you maybe help me out?
I saw your GIMP emote tutorial, but it didn't have anything about hands so I thought I'd ask you.

Layer #1 (200 ms)(replace)
(Of course, you can change Layer #1 to anything, and the same goes for the 200.)
If that doesn't help, it might be helpful for you to upload the image for me to take a look at.
